Join the American Hand Therapy Foundation for our 8th Annual Virtual Run/Walk to support upper extremity research and education!  This virtual event will be held during the Hand Therapy Week, June 5-11, 2023.

Participate by completing a 5K run or walk by the end of Hand Therapy Week (June 12, 2023).

This important event brings together the community of surgeons, therapists, patients and supporters to raise awareness of the upper extremity rehabilitation specialty, and support the AHTF research and education grants.

You may register individually or create / join a team!  We encourage participants to share photos for the AHTF social media pages.

Terri Wolfe, OTR/L, CHT,

Terri graduated from Ohio State University in 1977 and has been a licensed Occupational Therapist for over 42 years. She is a past President and a Founding Member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1991. Terri holds numerous professional memberships, positions and honors, and is a regular presenter at national meetings of ASHT and both the Pennsylvania and American Occupational Therapy Associations.

John D Lubahn

John Lubahn, MD

John Lubahn, MD, is the Immediate Past President of the American Association of Hand Surgery.  He is certified in orthopaedic surgery and surgery of the hand by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He practices at Hand Microsurgery and Reconstructive Orthopaedics, Inc. and is affiliated with UPMC Hamot. He completed his fellowship at University of Louisville School of Medicine, residencies at University of Rochester Medical Center, and medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
